We are still not over this amazing gym trip to Lanzarote. All the gymnasts and coaches had an amazing week with lots of activities every day, plenty of training sessions, an international competition and even a chance to show off our new display!

some of our activities were:

  • Beach days and games
  • Quiz night
  • Shopping
  • Open air cinema
  • Bingo
  • Coaches night out
  • Gym party.

This was all down to head coaches Guy and Gina. Everyone is so grateful for all the gardwork, effort and money that went into planning and organising this amazing experience for all of us. We all has the best time and we cannot wait for the next adventure.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU SO MUCH GINA AND GUY, LOVE FROM EVERYONE AT CHARISMA THAT CAME TO LANZAROTE 2023.

Paris 2015

What an amazing trip! Everybody had lots of fun and did extremely well in the competition. Thanks to all the coaches and in particular Guy and Gina for organising such an amazing and successful tour.

**Day 1 – Training**

Despite an early start, the girls were excited and noisy, hardly sleeping on the coach, much to the coaches’ fatigue. We then headed to a local pizza restaurant for food, then to the Rosny gymnastics center for three hours of training, where the girls finally started to feel tired, allowing the coaches some much-needed rest.

**Day 2 - Sightseeing**

Charisma explored Paris today, starting at the Sacre Cour, where the girls did handstands for gymnastics photos, attracting the attention of tourists. On our way back, we paused to listen to an incredible opera singer; many girls considered buying her album. The area had numerous shops for souvenirs.

At the Eiffel Tower, the girls took plenty of photos but opted not to go up. Many felt they could have run to the top despite their park run fatigue, and some bought selfie sticks for Eiffel Tower selfies.

**Day 3 – Disneyland Paris**

Despite an early wake-up call, the excitement of Disney ensured all the girls were ready on time.

Thanks to Gina and Guy for all your work in organising the trip and to all of the coaches for giving up their time to come and coach us in Paris!
